You will be picked up at the airport and taken to the private Campos Viejos Ranch in South Texas where stunning trophy deer abound. Campos Viejos Ranch and Lodge is located in Starr County, Texas, 15 miles north of Rio Grande City and 50 miles from McAllen. Hunters fly into McAllen where you will be picked up and taken to the lodge.
$3,650/person for a buck to score up to 140 B&C points.
Additional trophy fees for deer taken scoring 141 B&C and above - $1,000 plus $150/inch to 150 B&C points; additional $200/inch for scores 151 B&C and above.
Does, javelina, coyotes and cull bucks can be taken at no extra cost.
All meals, lodging, field transportation, van to and from McAllen, one-on-one guide service and trophy care are included.
Commercial flights, Texas hunting license (approximately $300 for non-residents – please note that any hunter born after September 2, 1971 must carry a hunter education card at all times while in the field), taxidermy costs, trophy shipping, and gratuities are not included.
Guests at Campos Viejos stay in the Lodge where each bedroom has a private bath and television. The trophy room in the Lodge is equipped with wide screen high definition television and a pool table. There is wireless internet throughout the compound. Meals are served in the Main House with snacks available in the Lodge throughout the day.
